Pretty sure they didn't sell the Evo in tan...

And you'd be right. I think I didnt' see anything noteworthy today, though an old Mercedes passed on the opposite direction as I was going to class today. I didn't get a good look at it, I was late for an exam, but from my rearview mirror, it looked large, coupe from the late 70's and brown, very brown.

I don't know why it was tan then. But it was an evo.

I dunno, I thought this Bristol was pretty cool, side-mount spare tyre compartment!

You saw an Evo II on the hoof? In the US? That's extremely rare. The closest I've gotten is seeing an Evo I for sale at a local dealer a couple of years ago.

I saw a replica (oh god I hope is was a replica) at Pull-A-Part one time. The wing was long gone, as was the engine and most other stuff, but the 190E badge is now on my bedroom wall (it was the only badge left) and the bumpers were crushed between the car and the wheels it was resting on, so no one bothered taking them. But they definitely looked just like those.

I saw a lifted 4x4 1952 Ford Panel Truck. Had a custom plate, something along the lines of UGLY1

Rarest car I've ever seen on the road was a Lancia Delta HF Integrale. Not something you see on a regular basis in New Jersey. I believe it was an Evo II, or at least one of the later versions. I did like four spit takes when I drove past it and nearly rear-ended the guy in front of me...

There's one of those touring car BMW E21s with the enormous flares on my way to work, as well as an M1 and an M635CSi.

I suppose it's cheating. I drive past a specialist BMW performance garage on my way in.

500 in black and 2 in Astral Silver.

I'd err on the side of caution and say it was probably a Smoke Silver 190E 2.5-16 Cossie playing dressups. Still a super cool car.

To my knowledge there's only been one real one in the US. The interior would have given it away if it was anything more than a tarted up standard car. You can buy the body kit though.

Yeah and not even in a big city! I live in a small town in Louisiana. My first though when I saw it was my eyes widening and saying "Is that a mother fucking 190E cossie evo?"
